Between different meshed devices, it is 20m in open space, however that can reduce due to the fabric of the building, hard wire neoStats will act as repeaters in their own right, battery powered neoAir do not. In regards to the second query, yes you can use multiple Heatmiser Boost or neoPlugs to relay the signal.
