The wireless sensors communicate with the neoHub. You can use the Boost or neoPlug to help increase the communication range.
My wireless air sensors show offline due to the distance to the hub. Should I buy neoplugs or boosts? Heatmiser Boost v2 - Neo & RF Series Repeater
What is the offline status due to? Is it due to the distance to the URF or to the NeoHub? How to best keep my wireless air sensors connected?
