No this isn’t a direct replacement as it’s only a single zone thermostat.
You would need two of these units to handle both circuits

Is this unit a direct replacement for the PRT2-TS? Programmable Touchscreen Room Thermostat - Heatmiser Touch v2
The unit also has a circuit with an underfloor thermometer.
