No this isn’t suitable as it’s powered by 230v You would need the neostat 12v as it’s the only 12v thermostat we have. Please note the neostat 12v doesn’t work with the touchpad/net monitor

Hi Sorry. I notice that mine is a PRT and not the PRT-N. (mine is 230v). will this work as a direct replacement?

If it’s the PRT then yes it’s a suitable replacement.
