neostat V1 on heat, but zone light not coming on UH8 230v - 2 out of 6 stats doing this - is UH8 faulty? Heatmiser UH8 - 8 Zone 230v Underfloor Heating Wiring Centre
For a 7 year old heatmiser 230v UFH system - it has 10 Neostat V1's connecting to 2 x UH8 (6 zones) and UH8 (4 zones). Issue is 2 Neostats were calling for heat but the zone lights on the UH8 (6 zone) were not coming on. Other 4 zones coming on. 1 of the 2 non-working Neostats was buzzing so swapped out power supply, which resulted in that neostat working but the other 5 Neostats did not come back on initially - without doing anything else after 30 mins 4 out of 5 neostats had come back on after 2 hours they were all back on. 5 Neostats now seems to be working, however for 1 of the original 2 Neostats - the zone light on the UH8 is still not coming on. Neostat looks all ok and flame symbol going off and on manually and through the app. Is there any issue with the UH8?
One other issue on the app when the now working 5 zones turned from standby to power the flame was on immediately even though it should not have been, set temp for zone to come on and when put back on standby both the standby and flame were shown at the same time? Some strange stuff going on! NeoHub powered off and on. Neostat with issue reset.
