The Touchpad used a data cable to connect. the neoStat 12v V2 does not use these cables therefore the two are not compatible with each other. You can have App control with the neoStats if you get a neoHub.
Neo Stat compatible with TFT Touchpad controller Heatmiser neoStat v2 - Programmable Thermostat
I have 3no UH8-N with 13no Slimline-N 12 volt thermostats controlled by a TFT Touchpad controller. Having extended our house the plumber added 3no Neo Stat 12v V2 thermostats.
These are not being picked up by The TFT controller and they appear not to have a Communication Address setting (no's 1 to 32).
I guess these stats are only suitable for RF connection and not compatible? Is there a quick fix solution?
