On the Home Screen on the App, press the word 'Edit' then press the - sign next to the offline stat and then choose to delete the zone.
Lost thermostat Heatmiser neoAir v3 Wireless Smart Thermostat
We have Heatmiser Neo air V3 to control various zones of our underfloor heating. I have a thermostats in each zone only unfortunately we have lost one of them. How do I delete the old thermostat and link the new one ? I have purchased a new one. The old one is showing "offline " and could be hidden in the depths of a drawer somewhere never to be seen again.
