Switch from Room Temp to Floor Temp

I have a probe in the floor for my underfloor heating that is connected to the thermostat however the thermostat is only reading Room Temp and won't switch to Floor Temp. I've tried pressing the left and right arrow for 5 seconds as the instruction manual says but nothing is happening. How do I get floor temp on the thermostat ?

If it is one of the version 2 neoStats, go to the power icon on the left
Press and hold tick until you see SETUP
Press tick
Press the up arrow to make small number 06
Press the right arrow to make large number 00.
Press tick

Then try it again.
