Towel rail
IMI Heatmiser neoStat v3 Smart Thermostat
Dear team,
My Heatmiser used to have on/off set up for the towel rail; recently this changed to a temperature display set up after a power issue. How do I turn it back to on/off for towel rails? My saved towel rail profile can't be selected in the app since the display changed too?

You would need to delete the stat from the App
Then on the stat, go to the power icon on the left
Press and hold tick until you see SETUP
Press and hold tick until all icons appear
Press the right arrow to change the 1 to 2.
Press tick
Then it will be a time clock, then add back onto the App.
