Hi need to replace a V2 with a new V3 how do I remove old V3 and register new V3 for heating & hotwater

The old v2 still works on the app but has a broken screen I am unsure how to replace and install the new V3

You would need to reset the neoAir V3 and put it into mode 3 for heating and timer, then pair it to your receiver using the same settings as the previous thermostat, ensure afterwards that the original thermostat has got it's batteries removed afterwards.
