We installed a gen 1 hub around 10 years ago that has just failed . Will a gen2 still be compatible
IMI Heatmiser neoHub G3
So will all the existing room stats etc.still work with a gen 2 hub.

Yes it will, however any existing thermostats would need to be reset before adding to the neoHub Gen 2

The thermostats would need to be factory reset. If they are hard wired and version 1 neoStats, go to SETUP and press and hold tick until you see all icons appear. Then select 1 if it is a thermostat, 2 if a timer. Then try adding again. I would advise if you are still struggling to give us a ring on 01254 669090, option 2.
