Can I use a Neostat V2 to control hot water via the Neohub with a 2 port valve (s plan)?

I have a spare Neostat V2 and would like to control my hot water via the Neohub. I have 2 port valves. Can I set up a zone with a low demand temperature, say 5 degrees in order that the Neostat always demands during the programmed periods?

You can use a neoStat V2 but I would put it into a time clock mode as it would be more suitable.
