You should have a neoHub G2. It just needs to be unplugged from the old router and plugged into an Ethernet port on the new router. Once the link light goes green, you should have access on the App.

our internet service provider has changed, how do I update my heatmiser neo air v3 to recognise the new wi-fi. we have 14 thermostats and they are in our village hall
