what if the wifi is down

hi if the wifi is down,i have a neo stat thermostat that operates hot water,can i simply just operate the thermostat manually my touching the screen without wifi connection ?

Assuming you are referring to the neoStat when paired to the neoHub. If thats the case, then the neoStat can always be programmed on the wall so should the app not be working, you can use the thermostat directly instead.
