Looking to control electric towel rail, already have a hub etc, I don’t need a stat but a rf timer load 600W

I have a electric element in a towel rail, we only need the element to come on at strategic times to dry towels. Already have the electric underfloor heating controlled by a Heatmiser wireless stat and Hub, which is working well and want to expand the system to control central heating and DHW.
The load of the towel rail is 600 watts, and I’d like to site the timer remotely. Would a 16 Amp wireless RF switch do this, would we need to link it up to a timer (doesn’t require a stat) or can this be done through the Heatmiser App app that we already have ?

You would need a thermostat, so the options are
