Is neostat smart? IMI Heatmiser neoStat v3 Smart Thermostat
Is neostat working as on/off when the set temperature is achieved /delta temperature is achieved, or it is a smart learning thermostat that calculates the room inertia and switches the boiler on/off earlier?
