How can I tell if my existing thermostat is this model or the -e version? I need to replace one.
Programmable Thermostat - Heatmiser Slimline V3
One of my thermostats isn't keeping the time well anymore and I want to replace it. On your website I can't see any visible difference between the Slimline V3 and the-e version. I'm unsure which to order. I do have underfloor heating but unsure of the pipes under the floor have water in or are electric. I have Kensa heat pumps with ground source heat pipes if this helps?

The only way to be sure which you have is to remove the old one from the wall and on the rear case you will see a part number.
As you have a ground source heat pump, you will have water underfloor heating, but the installer may have used the E model to get the floor sensor function.
