Yes they will work with the neoHub no problem.
Will this work with Ambiente neoStat V2 thermostats? HomeKit-Enabled Heatmiser neoHub Gen 2
I have Ambiente thermostats that say they support the neo system. I'm a bit confused by the difference between Ambiente neo and Heatmiser.
