No that wouldn’t work. You could use the air sensor to average the temperature around your home. See here

Will NeoAir override Neostat Controller on the same floor Neo - Smart Thermostats
I have a wired Neostat system with 5 Neostat controllers (3 grounds floor for underfloor heating, and 1 on each of the remaining floors for the radiators). In the rooms that do not have Neostat controllers, I have the usual Thermostatic Radiator Valves on the radiators. One room in particular, with the TRV, gets quite cold and doesn't seem to be able to reach a comfortable temperature before the Neostat controller (on the same floor) turns off the heating.
If I were to purchase a NeoHub and install a NeoAir in the problematic room, would it override the Neostat controller on the same floor?
