can you easily temporarily override the temperature setting without disturbing the programming?

If it is set to eg 20 degrees for a program period, and you feel cold, can you override the programmed tempertaure easily to eg 22 degrees, and then the stat upon next programmed period revert to programmed temperatures? So if the programmed temperature on a particular day feels hot or cold, user can just tweak it up or down a bit without changing the programming.
