Can this be used just with air sensors in each room, or do the sensors need to link with individual neoStats?
Heatmiser neoUltra - Glacier White
I'm currently looking at getting individual neoStats for each room, to be connected to the hub for Homekit control. I would prefer not to have thermostats in all rooms, and to have just one neoUltra on each floor connected to wireless air sensors in each room. Is this possible? Or do the air sensors need to be connected individually to neoStats?
Thanks.

You will need a neoStat in each zone. The sensor pairs to the hub and linked to a zone to give remote temperature or average temperature control.
