whats the granularity of the temperature setting

I'd like to know what increments I can set the temperature, i.e. 0.1, 0.5 degrees etc

You can set to 1C
However if you have a neoHub Gen 2 the firmware in the neoUltra will receive an update that will allow 0.5C set points.
