The comma symbol is only shown when paired to the neoHub. So if you don’t have a neoHub, you won’t see this symbol.
Whilst the thermostat seems to work OK, the comms symbol does not appear on the display. Is this a problem Heatmiser neoAir v2 Wireless Smart Thermostat - CLEARANCE
