Can I individually programme the four daly heat settings rather than factory settings?

I want to set both the temperature for daily use and also for holiday use rather than just use the factory settings. Your blurb says daily settings are nonprogrammable which has confused me. Does this mean I can't alter them?
Also how complicated is it to use - I want something simple and do not want to use a hub or programme from afar.

If you have the thermostat set to programmable, you can program the different levels yourself. In holiday mode, the away temperature is maintained.
The non programmable mode mentioned is selectable, and in this mode the thermostat will simply control to the set temperature.
