The air sensor connects directly to the neoHub so if it’s too far away you will need a neoPlug to help boost the signal
does the wireless sensor connect via mesh? I can't connect to a Neostat eV2 in the room I want? It connects closer.
I have a neohub2, neostat, neostat eV2 and a wireless sensor. The sensor is registered as an accessory, paired with the Neostat eV2 to control a towel rail in a toilet. the sensor shows "offline" if I place the sensor in the loo. but seems to connect if I move it closer to the hub, upstairs and 12m in a straight line. does the sensor not mesh? Will a neoplug help?
