You can use the floor sensor to measure the air temperature without issue.
Can I use the supplied floor probe to measure room temperature? Heatmiser neoStat-e v2 - Glacier White - Electric Floor Heating Thermostat
I would like to use the neostat e v2 to switch a towel rail in a bathroom, therefore the floor probe will not be required. So I would like to mount the supplied floor probe in an enclosure to measure the room temperature. Would this be possible or would I need to purchase the thimble sensor?
